»» He previously served as Dean of Souissi Faculty of Legal, Economic and Social Sciences in Rabat;
»» He earned a Ph.D. in law in July 2000 and a diploma from Swiss Institute of Comparative Law in 1999. He also holds a diploma issued by The Hague Academy of International Law;
»» Member of the political office of the Popular Movement Party, a former member of the political office of the National Popular Movement;
»» He worked as legal advisor to the Minister of Energy and Mines between 2002 and 2005;
»» Director of the Center for Studies and Research on Judicial and Legal Careers and the president of the Center of Doctoral Studies in Souissi Faculty of Law;
»» In charge of the Specialised Master in Judicial and Legal Careers, Law and the Judicial Practice;
»» He worked as the vice-dean of Souissi Faculty of the Law in Rabat between 1994 and 1997;
»» President of the branch of Private Law in Souissi Faculty of Law in Rabat between 2003 and 2008;
»» In charge of the Research Unit on Judicial and Legal Careers;
»» Member of the Association of Auditors at The Hague International Academy of Law and expert consultant working for governmental and nongovernmental organizations, nationally and internationally;
»» Member of the National Union of Higher Education;
»» The Secretary-General of Social Sciences Studies and Research Centre (an association of scientific nature)
»» The president of the Teacher-Researchers’ Association of Social Works in Souissi Faculty of Legal, Economic and Social Sciences in Rabat and a member of Tafilalet Association;
»» Mr. Khalid BERJAOUI has written many books and conducted many studies in the legal and social fields.
